Η Στατιστική Υπηρεσία ανακοινώνει ότι, για σκοπούς διασφάλισης του στατιστικού απορρήτου, τα μηνιαία στοιχεία για την παραγωγή, τις πωλήσεις και τις εξαγωγές τσιμέντου και κλίνκερ δεν θα δημοσιοποιούνται πλέον. Η Στατιστική Υπηρεσία απολογείται προς τους χρήστες των στοιχείων αλλά οφείλει, σύμφωνα με τις πρόνοιες του περί Στατιστικής Νόμου του 2000, να σεβαστεί την επιθυμία της μίας και μοναδικής εταιρείας που δραστηριοποιείται στην παραγωγή τσιμέντου για τερματισμό της δημοσιοποίησης των στοιχείων που παρέχει.
