Το σύστημα Generic Rapid Alert System–RAPEX, είναι ένα ευρωπαϊκό σύστημα έγκαιρης προειδοποίησης για τα επικίνδυνα καταναλωτικά και επαγγελματικά προϊόντα που κυκλοφορούν στην αγορά της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, καθώς και στις αγορές των άλλων κρατών που συμμετέχουν στο σύστημα, δηλαδή της Νορβηγίας, της Ισλανδίας και του Λιχτενστάιν.

Τα τρόφιμα, ο ιατροτεχνολογικός εξοπλισμός και τα φαρμακευτικά προϊόντα δεν καλύπτονται από το σύστημα GRAS-RAPEX, αφού περιλαμβάνονται σε άλλα συστήματα έγκαιρης προειδοποίησης.
